Since I was a teenager I’ve been with a very sluggish hair growth cycle. This can be caused by a combination of genetics as well as over-styling. So there are phases where the hair can go through phases of struggling to grow new hair. Basics on hair growth
Your Hair follows a specific growth cycle. There are three phases in a hair live :
Anagen – Is the name of the growth phase. This is the most important phase how long your hair will be. So the longer a hair remains in the Anagen phase the longer your hair will grow.
It is the loges phase and will last 2 – 5 years. You see there is quite a difference and clearly, your hair will grow much longer when this hair cycle lasts 5 years.
Catagen – After the Anagen phase ends this will be the transitional phase. The hair follicle will shrink. The hair papilla detaches so that the hair is no longer attached to it’s natural supply of nutrients.
Telogen – your hair is dying. Its also known as the resting phase. The follicle remains dormant and depending on the strength of the follicle the hair will break free and shed.
These tree phases run simultaneously. So you will always have some hair on your head. So some hair will be in the Anagen phase and others in Catagen or Telogen phase. So the question is how we can influence this phases to get longer hair and a faster hair growth.
In general, I have to say that what works for me may not work for you. But all these elements give the essential environment for the hair growth.
The hair Vitamin – Biotin
Biotin, is also known as Vitamin H. Which is a part of the B complex vitamin group and also known as hair vitamin. Biotin helps to turn food into energy for the hair. So protein rich foods is very good for maintaining or developing good hair.
If you really want to growth your hair quicker as well as stronger you’ll need to facilitate the building of biotin to your body. You should take 30 micrograms Biotin daily which you can only reach when you consume supplemental Biotin Vitamin’s.
The ‘Inversion Method’

I’ve tried the Inversion Method and the results where really good for me. First you have to measure your hair. That you find you actual hair growth rate. If you don’t do that you cant compare and you don’t see it in the mirror. You have to measure your hair.
Thereafter once a day for seven consecutive days. Must be exact a week not longer or shorter, you have to massage your scalp with your fingertips for five minutes. Use a timer so you are continuously massaging for the right time.
During the massage tip your head over slightly. Best is to sit on a chair and bending your head and body over. Inversion is when your heart is positioned higher than your head so that by doing this, you should encouraging the blood to flow to your head and stimulate your hair follicles.
Additionally you have to use a moisturizing treatment like Coconut Oil, Olive Oil or Argan Oil whilst massaging your skull.
Use Cold water for your hair care
Hot water weakens the hair strands. So don´t use hot water. It don´t have to be cold but make sure its not hot. And you can try with silicone free shampoo as well.
